Research excursions . Consult your travel advisor about planning a special activity for you and your wedding party at your wedding destination .
Check your passports . Make sure they won ’ t expire for at least 6 months before you ’ re set to return home .
Schedule some dance classes . Formal dance lessons are a fun way to gain confidence before you hit the dance floor as a married couple for the first time .

Send invitations . Include your travel advisor ’ s contact information if your guests need to book their air and hotel .
Practice beforehand . Plan a rehearsal dinner or welcome cocktail reception to make sure everyone in the wedding party knows the drill before the big day .
Confirm appointments . Double-check the times for hair and makeup appointments to avoid any mishaps .

Write your vows . Also , remember to choose the readings and music for your ceremony .
Make finishing touches . This is the time to select a signature drink , design a wedding sign and purchase welcome bag goodies .
Get a COVID-19 Test . If it ' s recommended , make sure that you and your spouse have tested negative for COVID-19 prior to departure .
