require some extra work.
Some countries may require
you to obtain a marriage
license a number of months
before or arrive early. They look and feel exactly
like a legal ceremony, and
include everything from a
celebrant to personalized
vows, but they allow you to
avoid legal restrictions, so
you can get married without
a required waiting period.
