In the next 5 years Nairobi will be unrecognizable due to the various infrastructure and private
sector developments all over. ere are quite a number of buildings coming up and one such
building is the Xinhua Towers in Kilimani.
Xinhua Tower construction is already at some advance stages it was stated in 2006 since they was
�nancing for the entire project upfront. ere was no selling space o� plan to get �nances. is
