Guys, when I tell you that creating custom content for ts4 in s4s is the easiest thing in the world, please believe me! I love creating cc for ts4, thanks to s4s. They have an awesome team over there, and there's also a member that I remember from mts. You really should check out the site(link posted on the back cover). They even have starter tutorials for you to get used to creating. They say you can't knock it until you try it!
