1 . Select your packet type ( and books / handouts , if applicable ). ( See pages 5 – 9 .) 2 . Determine your FOLDER DESIGN . ( See pages 10 – 11 .)
3 . Determine the TITLE , CONTACT INFORMATION and / or TEXT to include on your folder . ( See page 13 .)
4 . Select content for the optional CUSTOM BROCHURE . ( See page 14 .)
5 . PLACE YOUR ORDER using the checkout process on our website or by providing a purchase order for the quantity desired . ( See page 15 .)
