LONDON BUILD PREVIEW
PROFESSIONAL MOULD REMEDIATION AND DRYING – FOR THE HOMES YOU BUILD OR MANAGE
Whether it’ s wet screeds, a wet building or mould affected materials on a live site or mould in an occupied home, Action Dry can provide professional and specialist drying, scientific assessment and industry leading mould remediation, delivered by a highly qualified and experienced team.
Our purpose designed Speedry heat-drying trailers can dry several floors or plots at once, while injection systems target screeds and cavities directly. Projects can be remotely monitored, with drying certificates provided as needed. Where mould has developed during the build, we can investigate, remediate and record the work cost-effectively, providing site teams with the sign-off documentation specified.
FOR SOCIAL HOUSING LANDLORDS
Awaab’ s Law, in force since October 2025, sets strict timescales for investigating and making safe significant damp and mould. Our 24-hour helpline is there for urgent cases.
For straightforward cases, surface mould removal is fast and cost-effective. Where cases are more complex, we provide guidance and fully resourced programmes led by our CIEC, CMR and CMC qualified senior technician and overseen by our in-house PhD scientist. We specialise in homes with vulnerable occupants – older people, young children, pregnant women and the immunocompromised – and can plan every remediation around residents’ health, with clear evidential reports for your records.
Mould on a new build plot before handover – investigated, remediated and verified for sign-off.”
Damp and mould are now firmly on the agenda for anyone who builds or manages homes. Housebuilders need structures dried and plots ready for handover; social landlords need to respond quickly and robustly under Awaab’ s Law. Both need a contractor whose work is thorough and well documented and, where residents are vulnerable, carried out with an additional duty of care with their health in mind.

FOR HOUSEBUILDERS
Wet trades, screeds, plaster and weather exposure all add moisture to a new building, and that moisture needs managing before a home is handed over – especially in winter months.
