MARMOX MULTIBOARD SPREADS THE LOAD FOR LONDON WALL FIT-OUT
National flooring specialist OSF has specified Marmox Multiboard for a high-specification flooring installation at Moor House on London Wall, supporting large-format limestone tiles across a 360m ² boardroom.

The Epping-based, family-run contractor delivers commercial and residential flooring projects across the UK. At Moor House, OSF is delivering a range of flooring finishes, including carpet tiles, broadloom, vinyl and limestone.
For the boardroom, the existing carpet tiles were removed and the raised access floor covered with a 12.5mm layer of Multiboard to provide a suitable substrate for 1,200 x 1,200mm, 20mm-thick limestone tiles.

Manufactured from XPS encapsulated in reinforced polymer concrete, Multiboard is fully waterproof, lightweight and easy to cut, while supporting loads of up to 400 kPa( 40 tonnes per m ²). It also provides thermal insulation and can be mechanically fixed or bonded, suitable for demanding commercial and domestic applications, including wetrooms and swimming pools.
