INTERIORS & INTERIOR DESIGN

A HIDDEN CENTRAL LONDON SANCTUARY

Project by Pfeiffer Design.
This striking maisonette apartment in Fulham was reimagined from the ground up by interior and architectural design studio, Pfeiffer Design. A spacepacked with potential, the original layout lacked both flow and functionality.
The knowledgeable design team reconfigured the interior to optimise light, space and everyday living, as well as adding a new upper floor leading to a hidden rooftop terrace – a rare find in the heart of the city.

The warm wood cabinetry is complemented by modern oak chevron flooring, allowing the kitchen to seamlessly flow into the open-plan living area.

A bespoke sliding barn door between the living area and the kitchen offers the homeowner the flexibility to connect the spaces for entertaining or close them off for a more intimate setting. A custom-made media unit provides generous storage and the dining area is thoughtfully positioned within the large bay widow to make the most of the light.
Tucked quietly off the main living space, a compact home office offers a practical yet refined workspace with plenty of bespoke storage and natural light. Throughout, the warm wood tones
