Installing a toilet seat seems simple, but no matter how carefully installed somehow, they always come loose. In fact, market research shows, the number one issue with toilet seats is a product that does not stay tight. To solve the problem, we developed the patented hinge fixing system- Bemis Ultra-Fix ® Toilet seats repeatedly come loose for two reasons. Firstly, the toilet seat is not fully tightened. Secondly, the mounting hole of the toilet ceramic is much larger than the bolt that goes through it.
Bemis Ultra-Fix ® solves both of these problems and offers an easy installation together with a perfectly tight fixation.
Toilet seat installation with Bemis Ultra-Fix ® is easy. Finned bushing slides into any toilet ceramic mounting hole and flexes to create a snug fit, eliminating excess space and preventing hinge movement.
The Bemis Ultra-Fix ® nut has an integrated washer which eliminates fumbling with individual nuts, rings and washers. It is designed to withstand superior clamping forces and does not corrode. The bottom of the nut snaps off at the optimum torque, creating a perfectly tight installation.
