Outside, the terrace and pool, surrounded by slipresistant tiling, become a relaxation spot in the summer, a little paradise for the family.
" In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, Centura tiles remain comfortable to the touch, even in full sunlight, and require minimal maintenance. This was essential for us, as we want to enjoy our time here rather than worry about upkeep," shares Alain Desgagné.
For Caroline and Alain, their home is more than an architectural project— it’ s the culmination of their vision of the art of living, blending functionality with serenity.

THE ART OF HOSTING, INSPIRED BY LUXURY HOTELS
Passionate about hotel design, Caroline Sidaros and Alain Desgagné have incorporated touches inspired by their stays in hotels, where every detail is considered for comfort and aesthetics. The guest bathroom and bedrooms, designed with understated elegance, offer a refined experience, reminiscent of a boutique hotel ambiance. Born in the 1980s, boutique hotels combine bold design, personalized service, and an intimate atmosphere. With their small size and unique character, these establishments attract clients seeking discreet elegance and authentic experiences, resulting in a perfect balance of refined comfort and accessibility. Their approach prioritizes functional and welcoming spaces, where each piece of furniture and every material contributes to a warm atmosphere.
