With the project situated in rural Lincolnshire , the developer , Jamie Marshall , was keen to ensure the roofscape design fitted perfectly within the surrounding vernacular . This underpinned the selection of Marley ’ s Lincoln Clay Pantile in a rustic red colourway , as it perfectly complemented a secondary specified roof tile , the Acme clay plain tile in a Red Smooth colour .
