HOUSEBUILDER MOVES INTO MODERN NEW OFFICE FOLLOWING £ 250,000 RENOVATION

Staff at an expanding home builder have moved into a new £ 250,000 office as the company continues its rapid growth .
Genesis Homes has invested significantly in creating a bespoke office base for its staff through the major renovation of a 6,000 square foot building on Penrith ’ s Gilwilly Industrial Estate , providing a more comfortable , spacious and modern office space for its growing number of employees .
The company has expanded considerably since being founded in 2017 and now employs more than 60 people .
“ We made the decision to carry out the renovation of an adjacent building which would allow us to tailor the environment to our working needs , and provide a space which is extremely modern and crisp .
“ Watching the renovation progress from our previous office windows over the months has only added to the excitement of the move , and our staff are really enjoying being in their new surroundings .
Chief Executive Nicky Gordon said : “ As Genesis Homes continues to grow , it became apparent to us that we needed a larger office space to make sure that everybody who comes into the office feels comfortable as they step through the doors .
“ For us , creating a purpose-built new office is not just an investment in infrastructure , it is an investment in our people and our business as a whole as we strive towards meeting our ambitions for further growth .”
