SWA member supplies high performance W20 windows for family farm shop
When architectural designer , Felix Padfield , was
tasked with designing a contemporary café and
shop for his brother ’ s cheese company , which is
based on the family farm , he had no hesitation
on calling on the expertise of a close friend
whose own business specialises in supplying steel
windows for a range of clients across the south of
England . Nick Vassilopoulos set up Perla Windows
in 2016 . With a background in construction and ,
having already delivered a number of contracts
for FelixDB , he was able to undertake the supply
and installation of the large multi-frame screens
and doors to form the frontage to the Bath Soft
Cheese Company ’ s new destination at Park Farm
on the outskirts of the historic city . The project at
Park Farm was successfully completed by Harmac
Construction in 2020 and is attracting growing
numbers of visitors as leisure activities return to
normal after the pandemic .

Premier Tech is proud to announce the next generation of its highly successful Rewatec Solido Smart
Premier Tech Water and Environment has
upgraded its 3,000 L and 4,000 L range of Rewatec
Solido Smart sewage treatment plants , to provide
a peace of mind wastewater treatment solution
for its customers and installation partners . A new
super reinforced polyethylene shell structure
means that Premier Tech can extend its level of
warranty cover for the new system from 10 to 25
years for the shell itself , whilst also extending the
pump warranty from 1 to 3 years . The warranty for
all electro-mechanical parts will remain at 3 years .
Design changes such as a complete pre-assembly
of internal componentry , a combined inlet and
desludge pipe which can be rotated to align
with underground pipework , a 50 % wider access
turret with simple on-site height adjustment , and
the incorporation of pump lifting chains are all
ways in which the new Rewatec Solido Smart is
significantly easier to install and service .
