NEW PROJECT IMAGES OF A LUXURY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
This stunning residential development in Dolphin Quay , Emsworth , consists of six housing units .
The two waterfront units were designed in a contemporary style and feature multiple Sieger aluminium glazing systems , including Sieger entrance doors , bifold doors , slim sliding doors and casement windows .
Located in a conservation area and surrounded by listed buildings , it was imperative for the buildings to work in harmony with the surrounding landscape and not disrupt the natural beauty .
Natural materials were specifically chosen for the external building finishes to reflect the industrial boatyard that the luxury apartments look out onto . This includes timber cladding , grey brick and a metal wraparound facade .
To maximise the waterfront views , Sieger ' s slim framed glazing systems were used all around the units . The aluminium frames were finished in a dark grey colour which enables them to blend in seamlessly with the exterior of the units .
Sieger uses marine grade polyester powder coating as standard , and the glazing for this project used pre-anodised frames that were finished with a polyester powder coating for maximum protection against the harsh marine air .
