LANDSCAPING & EXTERNAL WORKS
Stuart added: “The Bures project differed to our typical
installation, as the Outdoor Living Pod™ was to be built as
an extension of the property rather than as a freestanding
structure within the garden. However, in typical Caribbean
Blinds style, the end result appeared integrated and part
of the original landscape package, providing a seamless
addition to the living space.”
Caribbean Blinds halted all production and closed its
factory doors from mid-March to late April 2020 due to
the restrictions put in place as a result of the COVID-19
pandemic, however, once re-opened, the Bures project
was swiftly undertaken with minimum disruption, with the
installation taking just one day to complete. In addition to
this, the expert team undertook a full photoshoot as part of
the project agreement.
"Optional windproof screens, ambient LED
perimeter lighting and instant infra-red heaters
mean a cosy and pleasant environment can be
achieved all year round."
Recent research carried out by the family run firm shows
that when designing their garden, people are keen for
covered areas that provide flexible shade and shelter,
enabling them to make the most of their outdoor living
space. These results combined with the current temporary
travel ban persuaded Caribbean Blinds to launch its Holiday
at Home campaign, intended to help customers create their
very own “slice of paradise” in their garden by providing a
realistic and affordable alternative to travelling abroad (or in
the UK) this summer.
Caribbean Blinds’ entire product offering has been expertly
devised with a range of variables in mind, allowing the firm
to cater to every customer’s needs and fulfil any project
brief, no matter how complex. The Outdoor Living Pod™ is
no exception, with each bespoke structure manufactured to
meet the individual requirements of the client.
Since its launch in 2011, the Caribbean Blinds Outdoor Living
Pod™ has become one of the firm’s most popular products,
particularly for consumers looking to create a relaxing space
in their garden.
