Sylvan Sonata is an award winning
bespoke luxury home located in
Branksome Park, Poole. Developers
MC Property Ventures appointed
David James Architects to design this
exciting project, together with an
exclusive apartment block, ‘Balcombe
Breeze’, both completed in 2018. The
developer’s goal was to set a benchmark
in design, quality and high specification
with the aim to exceed expectations.
Sylvan Sonata is an outstanding two
storey contemporary four bedroom
house with striking architectural
features, creating elegant, spacious and
light filled interiors where form and
function blend perfectly. The interior
layout represents modern luxurious
living, with elegant bespoke finishes
featuring natural stone and a stunning

stairway and floating glass bridge
