Islington Wharf Locks is a brand-
new housing complex in Ancoats,
Manchester.
This inner- city development is
nearing its completion. Lanzet have
installed 101 kitchens over 9 months.
Site Manager, Stuart Schofield said,

working with Lanzet for a 6-month
period.
Lanzet’s reputation as the UK’s
premium contract kitchen company
continues to spread across the country
with a number of new developments
secured for the year ahead, many of
which are underway. Balfour Beatty
have been awarded the contract
for the second phase of Whapping
Wharf, Bristol. The clients for this
development are; Muse Developments,
Sovereign Housing and Umberslade.
Lanzet are once again the preferred
supplier and will be fitting 256
kitchens in this waterside apartment
complex.

Cala Homes Chiltern continue working
with Lanzet and are set to commence
work at their Wallingford site with 91
kitchens due to be installed this spring.
Cala Staines are beginning work on a
new development: Deepcut, with 75
properties benefitting from a Lanzet
kitchen.
Thakeham Homes are launching their
flagship site- Peas Pottage in West
Sussex.
This development will consist of
multiple phases, the first of which
starts this spring. Lanzet will be
installing 156 prestige kitchens into
these luxury properties.
