to five-star luxury London hotel
Aspex, one of the UK’s leading architectural

strengthened its presence in the hotel
industry, after supplying its Novista Riser
Doorsets to a new five-star hotel in Leicester
Square.
Part of Edwardian Hotels London, The
Londoner Hotel will open in 2020. Built on
the site of the former Odeon Cinema West
End, the 350-bedroom hotel will feature
eight storeys above ground and six below
ground, complete with bars and restaurants.
It will also have two Odeon cinemas, event
and leisure facilities. Working alongside
contractor, EE Smith and global architects,
Woods Bagot, Aspex has supplied its Novista
Riser Doorsets to all of the hotel areas,
providing a minimalistic and contemporary
finish to match the hotel’s interior.

Crittall Windows, was chosen to undertake
both internal and external work at the Ace
Hotel in London’s Shoreditch. When creating a room designed to enthuse,
invoke and impress – every detail matters.

The 258-room hotel, an existing structure
which has been refashioned into a distinctly
boutique building, is just a few minutes’ walk
from Brick Lane, near a conservation area
which, over the centuries, has featured grain
warehouses and industrial buildings.
It was the local metalwork tradition that
led to the appointment of Essex-based
manufacturer, Crittall Windows. With more
than 160 years’ experience in crafting metal
windows, Crittall Windows was asked to
furnish a number of the building components.
