Valverdi Indoor-Out
Designed to blur the line between
indoor and outdoor living, Valverdi
Indoor-Out is a range of co-ordinating
porcelain tiles. Each internal tile has a
corresponding slip resistant 20mm thick
tile to enhance the flow from indoors
to outside, making them ideal for use
with bi-fold, sliding or French doors
to connect kitchens or living rooms
to patios and terraces and maximise
entertaining space.
From traditional to contemporary
styles, Valverdi tiles are available in a
range of stylish finishes including wood,
stone and cement effect. The tiles will
continue to look fantastic for many
years thanks to their hard-wearing and
colourfast vitrified material.
All Valverdi tiles are rectified, which
gives them sharp & straight edges
allowing you to create slimline grout
joints for a sleek look. They are also
frost proof, stain resistant and are
unlikely to be affected by moss or
mould – making them extremely low
maintenance.
Choose from natural-inspired finishes
like wood and stone effect or opt for
something contemporary such as large
format cement effect slabs. Valverdi
Indoor-Out products are in stock in
Hampshire and available for delivery
throughout the UK.

Promap v2 launches free interactive viewable data layers
Landmark Information has
launched interactive data layers on
the brand new Promap v2, for free.
As part of a significant investment
in its digital mapping and data
platform, the free viewable data
layers provide architects with
the ability to instantly view
flood risk data, commercial
ownership information and land
use designation data on top of a
mapped view.
Architects can now view Flood
Zone 2, Flood Zone 3 and Surface
Water flooding data from the
Environment Agency and Natural
Resources Wales, covering a
500-metre area, on a mapped
views.
Multiple return periods are
available to determine low,
medium or high risk relating
to surface water flooding. This
provides an early-warning-system
as to whether a full Flood Risk
Assessment is required.
The Corporate Ownership Data
provides freehold or leasehold
data, owners’ name and address
and the site’s title number,
within a 100-metre zone on OS
MasterMap, while the Land Use
Designations means architects
benefit from simplified access
to land use and local plan data,
within a 500-metre area, as a
standardised free map layer.
Chris Loaring at Landmark
Information said: “The future of
digital mapping is now: users can
view a wide range of location data,
for free, on Promap v2.
The interactive viewable data
layers supports our customers in
accessing more than just maps
from Promap; instead the data
layers will help their due diligence,
planning applications and overall
project planning, and can be
viewed free of charge.”
