display. There will also be tables

Bentley Designs in Hall 1 or Nathan
and Kingstown in Hall 5 for some of the
finest.

he wait for The January Furniture
Show, (NEC 24-27 January
2016), is nearly over, it is less
than 4 weeks until the doors open.
An A list of over 450, UK and
International exhibitors will launch
1000s of new designs, new collections
and new innovations in upholstery,
cabinet, beds, flooring, fabrics, lighting,
soft furnishings, mirrors, pictures and
decorative accessories.
The UK’s excellence in upholstery will
be demonstrated by some of the biggest
brands revealing new styles and covers.
In Hall 1 Duresta, Wade, Collins&Hayes,
Parker Knoll, Westbridge and Tetrad will
show everything from classic designs
in contemporary geometric and floral
fabrics, to more traditional designs in
aged leather and wool. While in Hall 5
Buoyant, Furnico, and Lebus will show
comfortable and practical designs in a
variety of traditional and contemporary
fabrics.
Finally for all things soft, see the
colourful, crisp and sumptuous display
of fabrics in the Fabric Pavilion in Hall
1. Here well known brands like Swaffer,
Kobe, Barker & Barker and The Isle Mill
will show new weaves and designs in
florals, stripes, checks, abstracts, plaids
and jacquards.
For cabinet with a different style head
to Gallery Direct, Libra and Pacific
Lifestyle in Hall 3, who bring original
themed collections to the cabinet market,
with corresponding accessories for a
complete interiors look.
The UK has some of the best
manufacturers and suppliers of beds and
mattresses including Sweet Dreams,
Kaydian, Highgate, Serene, Sherborne,
Slumbernights Ltd and Vogue. Hall
5 sees them bring new styles and
innovative technology including Vogue’s
vacuum packed mattresses, Breasley’s
Bionix mattress collection, Sweet
Dream’s button backed upholstered
bedframes and Furmanac’s smooth
motion selections.
Interior décor has full power with some
of the biggest and most inventive lighting
companies showing new designs, see
Dar Lighting and CIMC in Hall 3. For
technology and design of a different
kind head to the Flooring Showcase in
Hall 2 to see innovations in hard and
textile flooring. Here high-class British
carpet manufacturing can be seen at its
best, Axminster, Brockway and Victoria
Carpets will bring new designs, while
in hard flooring Woodpecker introduce
distressed oaks and contemporary greywashed boards.
