Jury was impressed by the high standard of the various projects submitted.”
“The Award went to PERITI SARAH CALLEJA and ALEXIA RAUSI for their design of the Photo City shop in
South Street, Valletta.
In the Jury’s opinion the overall winner is the highly imaginative and creative use of space and materials in a very
restricted space of a retail outlet in Valletta. The limited size of the space, rather than being a constraint, became
an opportunity for the architect to excel.”
