Romeo went through great ordeals in order to secure Juliet, his love object - he went through a fortnight in which
he had to speak in verse, he found legal issues relating to under age relations and this was all coupled with
unsupportive in-laws, who took a dislike to him and his family history. Possibly however, the tragic end to the
relationship spared him from the greatest ordeal currently being experienced by young lovers -
the need to identify a first property in which to set their love nest.
