Mitigating the side-effects
of Growth and Success
Sandro Chetcuti, who is helming the Malta Developers’ Association (MDA), here shares his views on some
of the more tangible yet inexorably important problems that typically besiege growth of development in
contained zones such as our islands. He looks at the side effects of Malta’s growth, offers some views on
how they can be mitigated and resolved, and, peering into the looking glass, hopes that there can one day
be consensus on finding the elusive solutions.
