With Christmas just around the corner we all like to bring the festive spirit into our
homes. We put up Christmas trees, bake cookies and some people even decorate
their entire houses.
In Swakopmund we drive around and look at all the fairy lights and decorations put
up all over people's houses as if they are competing to be the brightest and most
colourful.
We usually leave for the festive season so we pack our Christmas tree and take it to
the summer home.
We went to Flowered Earth in Windhoek, spoke to Amanda and she gave us a few
simple ideas of what you can do with just a few flowers, candles and Christmas
decorations.
If you are not very creative, you would leave it to the experts like Amanda and just
go out and buy them.
