The main bedroom leads off of the
living area, through a glass door;
complete with en-suite bathroom and
dressing room.
A long wrap -around verandah
runs the length of the house on the
northern sidecreating space and
breath in the design.

The 2 guest studios have been
placed at a right angle to the main
house, providing a welcoming arrival
courtyard to guests and friends alike.
Another wrap- around verandah runs
the length of the front elevation.
Both studios are en-suite with a small
sitting area and kitchenette each.
The colours and materials were kept
very simple. The design is light and
airy and the buildings are easy to
maintain in the harsh coastal weather.
