Joseph Campitelli is an award winning architect and a Certified member of the Ontario Association of Architects . Over the years , Joseph has been involved in many aspects of the industry as a builder , architect , manufacturer and carpenter . He established the Canadian office of Joseph N . Campitelli Architect Inc . in 2004 where he works together with his team to provide a one-stop shop focused on services that take you from start to finish . This includes planning , designing , zoning and construction . While the main focus is on single family homes , the firm also provides services for multi-family residential , commercial , industrial and interior design projects .

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DESIGN Building codes have already initiated changes and updates to the criteria requirements to develop more energy efficient buildings . However , each client is unique and there are often opportunities to go beyond the minimum code requirements to incorporate improved materials and systems with sustainable and environmentally friendly principles in mind . This may
include the use of boiler pumps systems for heating and cooling , also suggesting concrete mixtures with carbon-negative materials , metal roofing products inplace of asphalt shingles or “ composite ” made products which are manufactured with recyclable materials , and supply of construction products locally sourced , the incorporation of radiant heating systems and more . -
