This look was inspired by my favorite color trend, a dark,
inky blue. This room represents the return of color in design
with light neutrals such as a warm white, used both on the
walls and trim creates a seamless look. Vary the finishes of
the paint to help define the details; select a satin finish for
the trim and eggshell for the walls. A colorful sofa, pillows,
natural wood accessories, sparkling gold lighting and clean-
lined furniture help to tie to the room together.
