MISSION
Our goal is to maintain the highest possible
standards of food quality and service in
a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. From
breakfast, lunch to dinner, with family or
friends, our wish is to make your visit an
exceptional experience. We only take two
things seriously: our food and service!
MENU
You’ll have a tough time choosing between
our exclusive dishes: crepes, soups, salads,
omelettes, pasta, steak, chicken, seafood,
sandwiches, or our famous Eggs Benedict
and freshly squeezed orange juice! Freshly
prepared with high-quality ingredients and
attractively presented, our menu only has
one flaw, you could eat too much!
OUR RESTAURANTS
Who says you should be crowded in a
restaurant? At Eggspectation, we give you
plenty of space in a warm and welcoming
ambiance, and you are always comfortably
seated. Our upscale interior décor includes
colourful murals, rustic cement columns,
stone and brick walls, and an open kitchen.
Private meeting rooms featuring a flat-screen
TV and Wi-Fi are available in some of our
restaurants.
OUR TEAM
Three qualities are essential to work at
Eggspectation: you must be energetic,
friendly and well trained. We are proud of
our team, who treat our customers the way
they would a guest in their own home—so
your visit to Eggspectation is sure to be a
pure joy.
HISTORY
The Eggspectation concept was created by
Eggspectation Group, with a first restaurant
in downtown Montreal in 1993. Since then
Eggspectation restaurants have become
synonymous with innovation, high-quality
food, excellent service, and a unique and
exciting dining experience.
Today, we have thirteen restaurants in
Canada and we’re opening three more in
Ontario. The Vaughan and Toronto locations
are scheduled to open in early December
2019, and Niagara Falls region is scheduled
to open by early February 2020. There are
also seven in the U.S, three in India, two
in Qatar, two in Dubai, one in Egypt with
another two scheduled to open next year
along with one in Pakistan. And we’re not
done yet! Our objective is to open one in a
neighbourhood near you.
