TRENDS YOU ' VE LOVED OR HATED ?
I hated the " Build as big as you can " trend ! Over the years , we got to the point where everyone was just building as big as they could which was very irresponsible and often resulted in poor quality . I think we are on a path to a more sustainable model , both financially and environmentally . We are getting smarter about how we use space and spend money , focusing more on what we need and finding creative ways to make better use of space .
