Throughout his life he has kept this flame of faith alive in his heart. All: May Derryn now share eternal light and life.

Derryn died with Christ and rose with him to new life. All: May Derryn now share with him eternal life.

Cel: On the day of Derryn’ s Baptism, he was robed in white.
As we now robe him with the white pall we pray: All: May Christ now enfold Derryn in his love and clothe him in bright glory.

Cel: In his dying Derryn has become a new creation. With love and reverence, we bring these flowers, fruit of the earth and symbol of life.
