Dermal fillers are made up of calcium hydroxylapatite – a substance found in
bones, and hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the skin. Dermal fillers help
in getting rid of fine line and wrinkles with the help of different types of fillers. The
aim is to plump up the lips, enhance shallow parts of the face, and fill or soften the
scars and wrinkles. Dermal fillers last for six months to one year.
