All the words and definitions you can't remmeber quite what they mean.

Marcoms- PR and Mrketting

KPI- Key performance indicator

Customer Service- To provide assistance to customers in order to meet their needs

Lead times- Time it takes to get from manufactures to in store

Communication- The imparting and exchanging of information by speaking, writting or using some other medium

One way communication- communication without feedback

Lateral communication- People at the same level within the organisiation passing information to each other

Vendor- A person or company offering somthing for sale

Component- A part of a larger whole

Strategy- A plan of action designed to achive an overall aim

Export- To send goods to another country for sale

Critical path- The series of tasks that must be done in order and in the right amount of time in order to complete a project on time

Omni channel retailing- A variety of channels in a customers shopping experiance including research before purchase

Subscription- An arrangment to receive somthing, typically a publiciation regually by paying in advance

Gross domestic product- (GDP) represents the value of all goods and service

Intergration- An act or instance of combining into an integral whole

Micro-enviroment- Micro enviroment factors are close to a buissness, that have a direct impact on its buissness operations and success.

Macro-enviroment- The condition that exsists in the economy as a whole rather than a particular sector or region.

Production- The process by which concepts are made into a saleable physical product
