Expression
It may seem, many sufferers of DPD don't express themselves due to the nature of the disorder, but I feel an outlet of expression is beneficial to sufferers. I have found this helpful my self. I asked sufferers from online forum dpselfhelp.com to provide me with some of their works of expression, from poetry, to art, to music and voicing their opinions. This is what I collected.
