A military family living in Virginia was referred to me by one
of my referral agent connections so I could help them address
the need to sell a rental home they had in the Denver area. I
was able to utilize my allied resources to get the house ready
to sell. Since it had been a rental for over 10 years there was a
great deal of updating and repair work that needed to be done
prior to listing the house. We had the house painted inside
and out, new carpet, new appliances, new windows, new
roof, landscaped and much more. We listed the house. There
were 7 offers, the sellers were presented all 7 and made their
decision. We successfully closed the property. I didn’t have the
opportunity to meet the sellers face to face until several years
later. They are considering a move from Virginia to Colorado
and I’m thrilled to be able to assist them in the process.
In addition we have developed a wonderful relationship.
