Nato a Pescia, in Toscana, nel 1986, Gianluca Borgna ha coltivato da bambino il sogno di diventare un calciatore professionista. Quando però la vita l’ ha spinto a cambiare rotta, ha scoperto la bellezza dello studio e dei viaggi. A 29 anni, quasi per caso, è entrato nel mondo dell’ ospitalità di lusso, diventando, in solo quattro anni, uno dei direttori generali più giovani d’ Italia, guidando con entusiasmo Talassio Collection.
Appassionato di viaggi, esplora il mondo, raccontandone le meraviglie e traendone ispirazione. Nel corso di un’ esperienza in Nepal ha affinato un valore fondamentale: l’ arte della gentilezza.
Nel 2020, durante il lockdown, è nato Lusso Gentile, un progetto che unisce passione e missione: promuovere un nuovo modo di vivere l’ ospitalità, fondato su cura, rispetto e amore. La sua personale esperienza ha insegnato che nei momenti difficili si cela sempre un’ opportunità e questo è diventato il cuore del suo approccio alla vita e al lavoro.

Born in Pescia, Tuscany, in 1986, Gianluca Borgna nurtured the dream of becoming a professional footballer from an early age. However, when life led him down a different path, he discovered the beauty of learning and travel. At the age of 29, almost by chance, he entered the world of luxury hospitality. Just four years later, he became one of the youngest general managers in Italy, enthusiastically leading Talassio Collection.
A passionate traveller, he explores the world, sharing its wonders and drawing inspiration from them. During an experience in Nepal, he deepened his understanding of a core value: the art of kindness.
In 2020, during lockdown, he founded Lusso Gentile, a project that blends passion with purpose: to promote a new way of experiencing hospitality, based on care, respect, and love. His personal journey has taught him that even in the most difficult moments, there is always an opportunity … and this has become the foundation of his approach to both life and work.
