Las Vegas, città dello Stato del Nevada, è famosa in tutto il mondo come capitale del divertimento, dello shopping e del gioco d’ azzardo, ma anche per la grande scelta di spettacoli e concerti di caratura internazionale. Grazie alle tante attrattive e al grande afflusso turistico, Las Vegas negli ultimi anni ha avuto un notevole incremento di popolazione: moltissimi i nuovi cantieri con la nascita di quartieri esclusivi che ospitano edifici e ville private con ogni tipo di comfort. Situata in cima a una collina con vista sulla famosa Strip, dove la sera è tutto uno sfavillare di luci e colori, questa casa si sviluppa su un unico piano per un totale di 400 mq con uno spazio esterno che include la piscina e un giardino che gira intorno al perimetro della casa. La costruzione e gli arredi sono stati curati dallo studio d’ interni Nicole Smith Interiors di Los Angeles. Si tratta della terza proprietà che Nicole Smith realizza per questo cliente, un uomo d’ affari sposato con una donna di origine italiana, entrambi amanti del design e del comfort. La coppia desiderava una nuova residenza dove poter vivere in tranquillità, poco distante dal centro della città e soprattutto con la possibilità di ricevere parenti e amici. Ci racconta Nicole:“ Amo definire il mio cliente come un moderno James Bond: amante del lusso e dei dettagli, attento a tutto, ama vestirsi bene, collezionare auto, soprattutto italiane, ed è appassionato di arte e design. Ho disegnato e fatto realizzare per lui molti complementi di arredo e accessori per la casa. Particolari la loro camera da letto e la zona bagno, un grande spazio comodo e luminoso completamente indipendente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Lo stesso per lo spazio ludico con il biliardo in metallo personalizzato, di 11 Ravens, appoggiato su un tappeto disegnato su misura per lo spazio. Per me è stata una grande soddisfazione! A lavori finiti, vederli girare nella nuova casa felici ed eccitati, come anche ricevere i complimenti per i risultati ottenuti, è stato un grande piacere. È stata una conferma di quanto si possa disegnare in stile diverso, rendendo il cliente comunque compiaciuto e soddisfatto, realizzando uno spazio dove vivere le giornate in modo esclusivo e personalizzato.”

Las Vegas, a city in the state of Nevada, is world-renowned as the capital of entertainment, shopping, and gambling, as well as for its extensive range of international shows and concerts. Thanks to its many attractions and a significant tourist influx, Las Vegas has seen a notable rise in population in recent years. Numerous new developments have emerged, creating exclusive neighbourhoods filled with private homes and villas offering every conceivable comfort. Located on a hilltop overlooking the iconic Strip – where, by night, everything glows with lights and colours – this single-storey home spans 400 square metres and includes an outdoor area with a pool and a garden that wraps around the entire perimeter of the property. The construction and interior design were managed by the Los Angeles-based studio Nicole Smith Interiors. This marks the third property Nicole Smith has designed for this particular client: a businessman and his wife of Italian heritage, both passionate about design and comfort. The couple envisioned a new residence where they could live in peace, just a short distance from the city centre, with ample space to host family and friends. Nicole told us:“ I like to describe my client as a modern-day James Bond: he loves luxury and details, is attentive to everything, enjoys dressing well, collects cars – especially Italian ones – and has a keen appreciation for art and design. I designed and commissioned many bespoke furnishings and home accessories for him. The master bedroom and bathroom are particularly special: a spacious, bright, private area, finished with meticulous attention to detail. The same goes for the entertainment room, featuring a custom metal pool table by 11 Ravens, placed atop a bespoke rug designed specifically for the space. For me, it was incredibly rewarding. Seeing them move through their new home, happy and excited, and receiving their compliments on the final outcome, brought me great joy. It confirmed just how fulfilling it is to design in different styles while still leaving the clients pleased and satisfied, creating a space where they can live each day in a truly personal and exclusive way.”
