A Brescia, all’ ultimo piano di una palazzina, troviamo questo appartamento mansardato dal carattere singolare. A occuparsi del progetto di ristrutturazione è l’ azienda Prospektiv che ha dato nuova vita all’ estetica di questa abitazione. Il loro intervento ha visto la sostituzione degli arredi, il ripristino dei bagni, la levigatura dei pavimenti, oltre ad aver ritinteggiato le pareti e ristudiato l’ illuminazione. Un rinnovo generale che ha rinfrescato gli ambienti, donando un’ a- ria leggera e giovanile. I proprietari, due ragazzi universitari, volevano creare uno spazio di condivisione, di gioco, dove poter socializzare insieme ai propri coetanei e che non fosse esteticamente troppo“ serioso”; infatti, hanno pensato bene di caratterizzare gli spazi inserendo anche degli oggetti di svago per passare il tempo in compagnia. Prospektiv ha saputo assecondare ogni richiesta, fornendo un arredamento vivace, colorato e ispirato al mondo della pop art. I materiali di qualità e alcuni pezzi di design iconici, conferiscono una spiccata personalità a questa abitazione. Dal punto di vista progettuale, la libertà creativa è stata prerogativa di ogni scelta. L’ unico limite è stato posto sulla conservazione del legno del soffitto e del pavimento in parquet. La proposta è stata quella di levigare il parquet, portandolo a un effetto materico più naturale e meno lucido, com’ era in origine. L’ obiettivo era avvicinarlo all’ estetica del tetto, in modo tale che le due superfici, pavimento e soffitto, comunicassero tra di loro in armonia con le pareti. Le tonalità chiare, che variano dai grigi agli azzurri, creano uniformità e maggiore ampiezza nei locali. Se la zona living, con cucina open space, è caratterizzata da linee pulite e geometriche, accanto, la stanza ricreativa si contraddistingue per le forme arrotondate e irregolari. Quest’ area, utilizzata come zona svago e lettura, ospita un camino moderno e una libreria minimale. Le due camere da letto, dall’ estetica essenziale, comprendono due bagni privati creati su misura. Il primo rivestito in marmo di Calacatta oro e carta da parati effetto wet system, il secondo, nelle pareti doccia, da una pietra naturale che crea un effetto zebrato. Una zona fitness con palestra e carta da parati con motivo a lamiera stilata dona profondità alla stanza e completa questa casa dalla forte personalità.

In Brescia, on the top floor of a small building, lies this distinctive attic flat. The renovation project was undertaken by the company Prospektiv, which has breathed new life into the home’ s aesthetic. Their work included replacing the furniture, restoring the bathrooms, sanding the floors, redecorating the walls, and redesigning the lighting. This comprehensive makeover refreshed the spaces, resulting in a light and youthful atmosphere. The owners, two university students, wanted to create a space for sharing and playing where they could socialise with peers in an atmosphere that wouldn’ t feel too serious or formal. To reflect this, they decided to include playful elements and entertainment features to enjoy with friends. Prospektiv met every need with flair, delivering lively, colourful furnishings inspired by the world of pop art. Quality materials and a few iconic design pieces give this home a strong personality. From a design perspective, creative freedom was the key to every choice. The only constraint was to preserve the wooden ceiling and the parquet flooring. The proposal was to sand the parquet to give it a more natural, textured finish, less glossy than before. The aim was to bring it closer to the aesthetic of the ceiling, so that the two surfaces – floor and ceiling – would interact in harmony with the walls. The light tones, ranging from grey to sky blue, create a sense of cohesion and enhance the spaciousness of the rooms. While the open-plan living area and kitchen are defined by clean, geometric lines, the adjacent recreational room features more rounded, irregular shapes. This space, used for relaxing and reading, includes a modern fireplace and a minimalist bookshelf. The two bedrooms boast an essential aesthetic, and each features a bespoke en-suite bathroom. One is clad in Calacatta Oro marble with glossy-effect wallpaper, while the other features natural stone in the shower area, creating a zebra-like pattern. Completing this home full of character is a fitness area with gym equipment and wallpaper patterned like sheet metal, which adds visual depth to the space.
