FORMALITÀ E DESIGN
In Lombardia, nel piccolo comune di Breno della Val Camonica, in provincia di Brescia, l’ eleganza e il design firmano la ristrutturazione di un avviato studio notarile. Rinnovato nelle diverse aree di accoglienza e di stipula degli atti dagli esperti interior designer dello studio di progettazione Prospektiv, l’ ufficio si presenta oggi in una nuova veste, curata e rivisitata tanto nel taglio moderno degli spazi quanto nella scelta di arredi e finiture. Oggi l’ ufficio accoglie i clienti in una stilosa ed elegante reception, definita dalle linee pulite ed essenziali di un esteso volume a elle che, inglobando e nascondendo il bancone dietro a un ampio pannello, crea con il retrostante apparato d’ archivio in cannettato di falegnameria e a misura, un uniforme e ordinato quadro visivo. La manifesta eleganza prosegue nelle sale adiacenti, destinate alle diverse funzioni e separate da inediti e raffinati portali scorrevoli di collezione Rimadesio. Una soluzione importante che, attraverso la trasparenza delle vetrate e il disegno geometrico degli elementi che giocano a oscurare in parte gli interni, ha permesso di personalizzare e movimentare la divisione estetica delle varie aree, assicurando anche una totale privacy fonica. La riqualificazione degli spazi ha quindi interessato l’ ufficio di rappresentanza del notaio, con singola scrivania in cristallo e affacciato alla reception, oltre alla ricollocazione delle confinanti due aule stipule: ogni stanza è stata organizzata con tavoli e sedie di design collezione Agapecasa, Moroso e Cassina, e con archivi ed armadiature eleganti e retroilluminate. Nella nuova conformazione l’ ufficio notarile è stato pertanto ridisegnato nella sua globalità e identità: le stanze, grazie alle grandi porte vetrate, risultano visivamente tutte in comunicazione tra loro, restando però all’ occorrenza anche chiuse e a sé stanti. La generale visione d’ insieme è ribadita infine anche dalla scelta delle finiture, che accomunano i diversi ambienti: la pavimentazione color verde in resina si accompagna alla tenue tonalità parietale, testimoniando il ricercato e originario sigillo stilistico tra formalità e gusto compositivo.

In Lombardy, in the small municipality of Breno, located in Val Camonica, in the province of Brescia, elegance and design take centre stage in the renovation of an established notary’ s office. Renovated in its various reception and signing areas by the expert interior designers of Prospektiv, the office now appears in a new guise, refined and reinterpreted both in the modern layout of the spaces and in the choice of furnishings and finishes. Today, the office welcomes clients into a stylish and elegant reception area, defined by the clean, essential lines of an extensive L-shaped volume. By incorporating and concealing the counter behind a large panel, the volume creates, together with the bespoke ribbed archive system behind it, a unified and orderly visual composition. This unmistakable elegance continues into the adjoining rooms, designed for different functions and separated by sophisticated, innovative sliding portals from the Rimadesio collection. This refined solution, through the transparency of glass and the geometric design of the elements that partially screen the interiors, has made it possible to personalise and enliven the aesthetic separation of the various areas, while also ensuring complete acoustic privacy. The refurbishment also involved the notary’ s executive office, featuring a single glass desk and overlooking the reception, as well as the repositioning of the two adjoining signing rooms. Each room has been furnished with designer tables and chairs by Agapecasa, Moroso, and Cassina, along with elegant, backlit cabinetry and storage solutions. In the new layout, the notary’ s office has been completely redesigned in both its spatial layout and identity: thanks to the large glass doors, all the rooms are visually connected, yet can be closed off and function independently when needed. The overall vision is further emphasised by the choice of finishes, which connect the different spaces: the green resin flooring is paired with subtle wall tones, bearing witness to the carefully considered and original stylistic seal between formality and compositional taste.
