METAMORFOSI DELL’ ANIMA
La storia e la bellezza artistica di un nobile palazzo del Seicento, adornato da ricchi affreschi di stile lombardo e arabo presentato in queste pagine, non passano certamente inosservate: costituiscono, infatti, l’ identikit di una dimora che dal XVII secolo a oggi è e sarà sempre preziosa memoria del passato. Ma il passato, nella sua eternità, da solo non potrà mai rappresentare il presente. Ciò che è stato, nel divenire continuo delle cose, per tornare a“ essere” necessita di integrarsi ed evolversi in forme e interpretazioni nuove. L’ anima di una dimora è destinata a mutare nel tempo e la sua metamorfosi definisce di volta in volta il carattere, i gusti e lo stile di chi la abita. Così, anche in questa antica residenza, la cornice storica rivive abbracciando e impreziosendo il nuovo spirito abitativo. L’ attuale fisionomia stilistica, progettata e curata dettagliatamente da Prospektiv, propone un’ interpretazione moderna e contemporanea. La veste stilistica risponde alle esigenze e alla personalità del proprietario che, recuperando gli affreschi e l’ architettura originari, non solo inaugura la propria identità, ma dà spazio e valore alla bellezza del presente. La metamorfosi formale si presenta già all’ ingresso del palazzo, dove un’ antica colonna e una fontana in pietra risultano armoniosamente inglobate nell’ elegante restyling decorativo. A sua volta l’ imprinting moderno si evince dall’ inedita scala di accesso ai piani superiori, caratterizzata da un rigoroso disegno geometrico e da lineari giochi di luce. L’ ampiezza planimetrica si distribuisce poi in numerosi e ariosi ambienti: tra questi risaltano i saloni con pareti e soffitti affrescati, in particolare gli interni dedicati al living e alla sala tv. In questi spazi, ordinati e organizzati, si incontrano eleganti composizioni conviviali, con divani, pouf e poltrone, tavoli da pranzo, tavolini, lampade, luci e oggetti di design, accompagnati in qualche punto anche da mobili e quadri antichi. Linee pulite e dai volumi minimali definiscono la cucina e gli spazi minori, come il lungo corridoio di collegamento alla zona notte contraddistinto da una lucida parete laccata di rivestimento, mentre marmi preziosi personalizzano la spa e diverse sale da bagno. L’ eleganza, infine, sfocia in una splendida e inaspettata terrazza all’ ultimo piano.

The history and artistic beauty of a noble 17th-century palace, adorned with rich frescoes in Lombard and Arabic styles and featured in these pages, certainly do not go unnoticed: they constitute the very identity of a home that, from the 17th century to the present day, has been and will always remain a precious memory of the past. However, the past, in its eternity, can never, on its own, represent the present. What once was, in the continuous flow of things, needs to integrate and evolve into new forms and interpretations in order to“ be” again. The soul of a home is destined to change over time, and its metamorphosis defines, time after time, the character, tastes, and style of its residents. Thus, even in this ancient residence, the historical setting is revived, embracing and enriching the new living spirit. The current stylistic appearance, meticulously designed and curated by Prospektiv, offers a modern and contemporary interpretation. The stylistic approach responds to the needs and personality of the owner who, by restoring the original frescoes and architecture, not only affirms his own identity but also brings their beauty and value into the present. The formal metamorphosis is evident right at the entrance, where an ancient column and a stone fountain are harmoniously incorporated into the elegant decorative makeover. The modern imprint, in turn, is expressed by the innovative staircase leading to the upper floors, characterised by a rigorous geometric design and linear plays of light. The generous floor plan unfolds into numerous bright and airy rooms: among these, the drawing rooms with frescoed walls and ceilings stand out, particularly the interiors dedicated to the living room and TV lounge. In these orderly and well-organised spaces, elegant convivial arrangements come together – sofas, pouffes and armchairs, dining tables, coffee tables, lamps, lighting, and design objects – accompanied in some areas by antique furniture and paintings. Clean lines and minimal volumes define the kitchen and smaller spaces, such as the long hallway leading to the sleeping area, distinguished by a glossy lacquered wall cladding, while precious marbles customise the spa and the various bathrooms. Finally, the elegance culminates in a splendid and unexpected terrace on the top floor.
