Get your mindset on where you’re trying to be in life when you grow up. Learn to put things in perspective so that you realize what you’re doing affects family. See the bigger picture and focus on tomorrow, not on the moment right now. Just keep remembering that what happens now affects what happens tomorrow. Help out a lot of people. Find ways to motivate yourself. It helped me when I got rid of friends who weren’t going to help me out, but they were going to keep me in that bad spot. Now my friends care about me and want me to succeed. Realize where you are in life. My advice and motivation to parents – don’t give up on your kids. It’s all part of the learning experience. If they get in trouble with law enforcement or school, talk about it. Tell them that if they keep doing this, it’ll keep getting worse and worse. I got in trouble with the law, got arrested, and my mom bailed me out. She then asked me, “Is that what you want to be in life and to keep going through the same thing?
