Salmon Salad
• 2 cups flaked wild
caught sockeye salmon
grilled
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Dressing
• 1/2 olive oil mayo
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1 clove minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all and serve with bread, crackers or on salad greens.
