Dr . Rodriguez received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston , Texas . News & World Report ) and continued his training in the pain relief fellowship . He is now a Diplomat of the Ameri- can Board of Pain Medicine , as well as a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology .
