Yoga SaiLing trip
10th – 16th June 2017 The catamaran Lagoon 400 sets sail with 10 people on board. The first yoga session of the day is at 8am with meditation at midday. In the afternoon it lays anchor so everyone can swim. A second yoga session before dinner sets you up for a night at sea. Board and lodgings are included in the price.
