Quantum Rusch
When it comes to unique villas in Port d’Andratx with the

Günter Rusch is the man to contact. He recently celebrated
his 60th birthday together with a great many celebrities.

His reputation in Mallorca is second to none.
German property developer Günter Rusch and
his company Rusch & Partner have had a successful record in designing and building houses in Mallorca’s South-West and the port of
Puerto de Andratx ever since 2002. The company’s portfolio contains only properties that
meet the highest expectations, from a modern
80m2 apartment to a luxury villa with eight
bedrooms, a 100m2 spa, a 20-metre pool and
a traditional bodega. The family-run company
with its fifty partners all over Europe has long

recently become involved in current projects
and his fresh ideas are giving the company the

The circle of friends and clients of Rusch &
Partner is naturally a very special one, so it
comes as no surprise that guests at major birthday parties every ten years include A-list celebrities. As in previous years the party was held
at Restaurant Campino in Camp de Mar,
where two hundred guests were treated to an
Italian-inspired menu accompanied by live
music. On the red carpet Günter Rusch greeted
singer Helene Fischer, TV star Estefania KüsterHeidemanns, entrepreneur Jürgen B. Harder
and FC Schalke 04 Chairman Clemens
Tönnies with his wife. Although Florian
Silbereisen could not be there in person, he
used a live link from his TV show to send his
best wishes to Mallorca. Instead of presents,
Günter Rusch requested donations to Aspanob,
a charity that provides support to young cancer patients. To the delight of his 90-year old
father Leo Rusch, after dinner he gave a rendition of the song ‘Vergiss die Heimat nicht’ for
which he received a round of applause.
In answer to the question what he wishes
for himself over the next ten years, Günter
Rusch’s reply is that he already has everything
he needs. “A little more free time would be
nice to play golf and to spend days on the
water on my boat. And in order to make this
possible, Sebastian is taking on some of my
work as our plan is that he will take over the
company in the long-term.” This means that it
