Fosh Lab and Fosh Food,

At the end of June British Michelin-starred chef
Marc Fosh closed the door on Misa Brasserie,
only to open Fosh Lab and Fosh Food in July.
The restaurant and shop, stocking food and
select kitchen accessories, are to be found at
C/ Morei, 5 and 4 in Palma, and will provide
a space for innovative ideas generated by a
love of good food. As the name suggests, innovative concepts will be tested here, the most
successful of which will find a place on the
menu of the new restaurants.

Ende Juni beendete der britische Sternekoch
Marc Fosh das Kapitel Misa Brasserie, um
gleich im Juli mit Fosh Lab und Fosh Food zu
starten. Die Pop-up-Fusion aus Gastronomie
und Shop für ausgesuchte Spezialitäten und
Küchenaccessoires wurde in Palma eröffnet.
Innovationen aus Freude an gutem Essen
finden hier ihren Platz. Wie der Name verrät,
sollen innovative Konzepte getestet werden,
die erfolgreichsten können neue Restaurants
später umsetzen.

Zhero Boathouse Magaluf

beachfront villa. Its seaside lounge and outdoor grill, sunbeds and bar make this a

Model Maryia Simmering opened this modern
bar in Santa Ponsa last autumn. Here, DJs play
sets and musicians from diverse genres play

Model Mariya Simmering eröffnete die moderne Bar in Santa Ponsa letzten Herbst, hier
legen DJs auf und Musiker verschiedener
Genres spielen live – mehrmals pro Woche.
