Transfer Tax
For Houses&Homes the transfer tax in Catalonia is (since November 2013) a 10% over the agreed selling price (for plots, commercial premises or garages the Value Added Tax is 21%)
Notary and Property Registry fees
The law foresees a scale from 0.5% to 1.5% of the purchase price, plus there is also a 1.5% stamp duty of the agreed selling price
Lawyers (voluntary)
Deluxe Locations offers you guidance for free. However, if the buyer wants an external Lawyer the price will depend on the law firm. Generally it should not be more than 1% of the purchase price
Mortgage fees
Arrangement fee of around 1% of the loan is typically charged by the bank
