Delta Companies is pleased to be a part of the new Villa of Jackson Retirement Home. Cape Girardeau Ready Mix Plant will be providing
400-500 yards of concrete for the project, which includes an entry way, winding road, and a parking lot.

The most recent Continuous Process
Improvement (CPI) project commenced in
early May, facilitated by Brett Larkowski,
Accountant. The CPI team was charged
with suggesting ways to share Job Safety
Analysis (JSA) documents across the
company.

Jim McPhail. This cross-functional team includes operations, sales, administrative, and maintenance
personnel. The team is progressing toward final recommendations.
