Loyalty Scheme
For my brand i will be doing a Loyalty Scheme for my Loyal customer. The Loyalty will come in form of a bank card.
Having this card gives the customer rewards that the deserve for coming back with out any hesitation .
This reward card will be only be given out to certain people. By doing this makes people feel that the card it is special and that everyone wants one.
How it works
- A customer will receive a reward card and has to activate the card in store
- When activated the customer will get an email explaining how the reward card works
- The rewards can be at 20% discount , a free entry to raffle contests, first to known about new releases, invitations to special event and sometimes buy one get on fee rewards
- To get these rewards customers will have to collect certain amount of points
