people have been very responsive and
are very happy we’re there,” she said. “I
wanted something small so people could
have personal service, and so my chef
had time to create a wonderful plate.”
“Everybody is telling me they like
that it’s small … they like the feel when
they come in,” she explained.
Beyond that, every menu item has
the personal twist of its creative chef,
Chef Ian Macdonell.
“It’s modern American, so I tell my
chef, whether he has an idea, ‘I want your
spin on it,’” she said.
