The Importance of Family
Some teenagers don't have a good relationship with their family, specially their parents which are sometimes "hated" but we should be thankful because thanks to them we exist and they take care of us. We will explain what the family is.
What is Family?
First let’s see what a family is, a family is an organization, the basis for society, where parents and children interact. It is guided by social and cultural norms and rules which the members of the family transmit. The general rule is that there exist deep and prolonged affective bonds in which the siblings bonds last longer and that the lives of all the members influence each other. Now you see, family is the backbone of society in all cultures, they take care of us when we are children and teach us values. There is something that does changes between cultures in a family which is kinship. Kinship or family ties if you prefer are social bond based on blood, marriage, or adoption in different countries and cultures who do you call a kin is what changes, for example in Venezuela most of the family and close friends are considered kinship and its expected that they reunite at least once a week if the lie close to each other this is not the case in countries like the United States in which only the core family is considered kin.
